In the ever changing world of beauty products, I am always coming across brands and products that catch my eye. So, when I came across these gorgeously packaged Sumita Cosmetics products, I had to see what they were all about. The Sumita Cosmetics brand is all about the eyes – brow products, eye liners and mascara.
I can never have enough brow products. Never. Which is silly because I have such a love/hate relationship with filling in my brows. I LOVE the end result, but they take FOREVER to do. This is by far the longest part of my beauty routine. Although, if you are working with a good product it really cuts your time down. I have very thick, dark brows that love to just go where they please and are hard to tame. I put a few of Sumita’s brow products to the test with my wild brows, and was pretty pleased with them. Brow wax is a MUST for me since my brows have a mind of their own. Sumita’s worked wonderfully to help tame my brows. The wax isn’t greasy at all like some others can be, and it keeps them laying down until I remove my makeup. The brow pencil is awesome, however, the colors are limited so you may have trouble matching to your brows if they are a rare color. In any case, this great pencil glides on super easy, but not too smooth. When it comes to brow pencils, you want them to apply easily but not be buttery. If they are, they just run all over the place. The brow pencils come in three shades light, medium and dark. I have the medium, but I would love to try the dark to see if it would be a better match. I absolutely adored the brow highlighter crayon. It is a very light shimmery pearl shade, and is very creamy and applies smoothly.
The eye liners come in eight shades ranging from a light green all the way to your traditional black. Lately, I have been getting back into using colors in my waterline. Until recently, I was using a skin tone liner to make my eyes appear larger and look more awake. However, with the cool weather finally here in full force, I have been super into darker shades and smokey eye looks. You will definitely find a color that works in this line. The liners stay put in your waterline, and do not run or bleed down into your bottom lash line. When I swatched them on my arm, I had to use a cleansing oil to remove them. These little babies will stay locked and loaded. They almost feel like a gel liner and are just as pigmented too. I have also used them under the waterline, then buffed them out with a shadow for a super smoked out look.
The Sumita Cosmetics are of excellent quality and priced very well. Next time, I really want to see what the liquid liner and brow powder are like! The Sumita Cosmetics line is available at NextBeauty.com

I’m not really into coloured eyeliners, but that green could sway me; it’s gorgeous!
