Oh the holiday season is here, Thanksgiving is in just a few short days! Christmas will be here before we know it, and then New Year’s. If you are like me, then these last few months of the year are your favorite. So much goes on in such a small amount of time. These holidays bring so much love with them, but they also bring food. A LOT of damn food, and Starbucks holidays drinks.
At the beginning of spring and summer, I gave Teatoxing another try after a long break by using SkinnyMint. (Full review HERE) I was very pleased with the results it gave me. My husband has made the choice to become a vegetarian, and it has left me a little confused. It is so hard not to go over board and eat until you think you might pop.
After taking a good long look at myself in the mirror, and checking the scale last week, I knew something had to be done. I knew I had to find something that would help me get back and stay on track during the next few weeks. Enter SkinnyMint TeaTox. I tried a detox tea before and though I felt like it cleansed my system, I did feel that the process was too aggressive from the beginning. It sounds like it is going great for you though!
